Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Health Tech Innovation &amp; Partner Development (Health Insurance) KRAs: - Keeping updated with development in Health-tech and Insur-tech areas nationally and internationally- Scan Current and future technology - Discovering and evaluating right minded partners - Develop a roadmap and vision of future ecosystem based on business purpose, product roadmap and development in external business environment - Use knowledge to understand, explain and communicate complex technical issues to other stakeholders - Establish close working relationship with Data and Clinical Team and alignment with internal stakeholders to prioritise and timely completion of project plans - Establish working relationships and Networking with industry players and regularly participate in different forums Qualification and Experience: 1. Preferably and Engineering/Computer science Degree with background in Health Tech/Fin Tech/Digital Space 2. Experience in setting a business or have been part of a start-up 3. 6-8 Years of Experience 4. Good acumen of commercial and strategic relationship development 5. Excellent cross functional collaborative skills
