Our Clients are a well established Life Insurance Company. They are a joint venture between a diversified financial services conglomerate in India, and one of the oldest life insurance companies in the world. Headquartered at Mumbai, it has Pan India presence through its various branches and currently has an employee strength of 1500+ employees.

Role : Chief / Senior Manager - Process Excellence

Reporting to : Deputy Vice President Process Excellence

Role and responsibilities :

- The role is to front end PE initiatives with various stakeholders and will be responsible for:

- Need analysis and prioritizing challenges in consultation with ExCo or equivalents

- Identifying and driving projects that would build in efficiencies across functioning of various units

- Delivering best in class customer experience

- Periodic reviews and updates of PE interactions & involvements

- Swiftly connect with stake holders and manage the perceptions by engaging in delivery of quick yet effective solutions on burning needs

- Be the SPOC and PE mascot:

- Stakeholder Management, reviews, project governance, MIS & Communication

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree (post graduate education in business management will be of added advantage)

- Certification in tools like TQM / LEAN / 6 Sigma or similar process excellence domain will be of added advantage

- 7 to 10 years experience with diversified service industry background and orientation towards operations management (preferably from Insurance background)

- Experienced in handling project management role

- Experienced in handling or being member of PE projects.

Functional Skils :

- Proactively identifying Gaps and formulating action plans / seamless processes

- Leading the service quality transformation effort and delivering on the framework

- Substantial experience with operational or project management - preferably handling various functional interactions

- Being able to influence stakeholders for sign off of processes

- Logical approach to highlight the process improvements to Management Team

- Able to manage time and priorities effectively

Soft Skills :

- Good interpersonal skills

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Analytical & Solution providing approach with a bent of technologically oriented mindset
