Chief Manager-Risk with a NBFC based in Pune Past Experience:&nbsp; - 4-6 Years of Hands-on Experience in Predictive Modeling for NBFCs/Banks (Preferably in Retail and SME Finance), Expertise in Analytics - He/She should have good experience in various data analytic tools like Tableau, SAS and of course absolute expert in Excel - Working independently or in Team,Should be accountable and ability to express to top management Qualification and Technical Skills - Bachelor or Master in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/ or MBA - Programming Skills: Python, R, SQL, etc. Responsibilities 1) Develop continuous monitoring and improvement of the quality of the organization's credit and lending portfolio through credit policy direction and implementation. 2) Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks, Develop risk management controls and systems. 3 ) Performing a risk assessment: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that may affect the Portfolio. 4) Provide regular review and analysis of portfolio trends to detect deterioration in portfolio quality. This includes the monitoring and control of the credit portfolio by ensuring that all credit exposure is properly approved, reported and reviewed. 5) Complete reviews/projects and additional work within specified timescales and in line with departmental standards. 6) Prepare reports and present recommendations. 7) Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses. 8)O verall responsibility for the timely review of process/products/credit facility applications.
