Job Description

Scouting for Regional Head for HNI Insurance Sales - for multiple locations across India for leading and managing a team 10-12 Managers.These Regional Heads would be responsible for generating revenues, hiring and training of team, ensuring Agent Recruitment, Activation, Quality & Policy Persistency.

Role and responsibility includes:

1. Head the HNI Channel for the Specific Region & lead all managers / sales managers and Advisors & coordinate with seniors including those at HO.

2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors of the Channel.

3. Help, assist & guide the Managers, Sales Managers & insurance Advisors & to recruit and train to procure necessary business.

4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for HNI Sales and Cross Sales.

5. To motivate Managers and Advisors with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.

6. Regular monitoring of Managers & Advisors performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.

7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to Managers and Advisors of the Channel for smooth functioning.

8. MIS preparation, reporting to Zonal Head and adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.

Qualification : Typically a graduate with an MBA
