Chief Manager - Public Relation & Corporate Communication - BFS (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Drive Image of the company and its representatives. Spearhead Public Relation & Corporate Communication Activities
- Designing Corporate Image / Communication Strategy in line with the Business Objectives
- Building Messaging units, Content Strategy and aligning it to Business Trajectory
- Ensuring Company leadership's visibility at desired Media & Non Media Platforms
- Amplification of Company achievements, journey updates, new initiatives in Media Universe
- Ensure the flow of the Message units through Print. Electronic and New Age Media platforms to achieve desired positioning.
- Lead & provide strategic direction for leveraging Social Media & Digital Assets (Blog) through organic routes
- Training of Spokesperson for Media Appearances and launching them
- Feature company and Company leadership at thought leadership forums, awards, listing and related platforms
- Taking care of Business Partner Engagement programs, Events & Gratifications (Corporate Gifting Activity,etc)
- Advise company leadership on latest developments and facilitating their presence at eminent platforms ( Fintech Events, Hi-End Networking groups, etc)
- Manage Crisis and safeguard company's reputation in public
- Monitoring, Evaluating activities & Measuring Effectiveness
