Chief Manager/Product Manager - Central Product Team - General Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Role : Managing large car manufacturers and brokers end to end.
Base location : Gurgaon
- Giving analytical inputs to business teams
- Managing Combined ratios
- Managing Market shares
- Managing bookings and pendency closure through various stakeholders
- Managing timely 64vb closures so as to ensure portals are not locked
- Steering automations of jobs
- Should know how to manage industry data, inputs through industry players and brokers
- Managing timely closures of OEM requirements
- Getting pricing closed internally and getting the same updated externally
- Rapport building and getting things closed through OEMs/brokers as well as internal stakeholders
Required :
- Good communication skills
- Good with excel and power point
- Should be able to adapt to constant changes in the industry
- Good at liaisoning and coordinating between teams (internal as well as external)
- Relationship building skills
- Should be from the GI industry only managing motor
- Should be able to have the developments steered through IT.
- Should be able to work towards automations.
