Chief Manager - Procure to Pay - IT (13-20 yrs)
Must have
i. 13+ years of post qualification experience in managing F&A Operations(P2P).
ii. Be strong F&A P2P operations subject knowledge.
iii. Be thorough in knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, IND AS, MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK IN 24/7 environment.
iv. Must possess blended experinece with MNC and BPO/ shared service organizations, should be a well rounded BPO professional, can be from captive or Third party.
v. We should have done transformation and solutions in P2P operations.
vi. Has exposure in Group financial consolidation / Closing/ HFM reporting IFRS / US GAAP.
vii. Possess Strong client / People Management skills sound leadership competencies
