Basic Ida About Responsibility :
- Implement policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization.
- Ensuring resolution of employee grievance and examining the grievances under Grievance Redressal System.
- Disciplinary matters, frame charge sheets, organizing and holding inquiries and implementing disciplinary action.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and returns under various statutes like Factories Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, P.F. Act, E.S.I. Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Employment Exchange Act etc. along with liaising with Inspecting Authorities.
- Exp. in Design Manpower Planning, Performance appraisal strategies together with legal & disciplinary matters and managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas & conducting selection interviews and managing events also.
- Exp. in Designing induction and orientation programs for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities & ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve align with TPM & Six Sigma.
- Periodic evaluation of training imparted and implementing remuneration and other reward systems to maximize performance.
- Proficient in administering matters of insurance like Workmen Compensation, Mediclaim, & Group Personal Accident Policy & effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, team building, etc. to enhance motivation levels as well as productivity.
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing the framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
