Chief Manager - Plant / Depot Commercial - MNC Manufacturing Industry

Job Purpose :

- A Manufacturing Industry with multi-location manufacturing and distribution facilities

- Monitoring and directing all commercial activities across plants and depots.

- Co-ordination with HO Commercial team for resolution of various commercial issues.

- To support production activities and sales activities in terms of commercial functions.

- To guide and supervise commercial people across plants and depots.

Job Role :

Plant Commercial : -

- Effective implementation of commercial policies adopted and floated by corporate management.

- To provide guidance and knowledge to all commercial people across plant for better and effective management of commercial activities.

- To monitor and control performance measurement activities i.e. CPL, NPI etc.

- To control wastages in order to improve productivity.

- To monitor and control variance and implement perpetual inventory system particularly in high value items.

- To develop vendor for cost effective and better quality in case of stores / spares and other consumables.

- To explore the opportunity to further reduce the NPI.

Depot Commercial : -

- Business Partnering with Regional Manager - Business Plan (AOP) formulation and rolling it out in line with corporate goals

- Monthly performance reviews with RLT and then with CLT, variance analysis and corrective actions

- Connect with Stakeholders - Ensuring that all queries and clarifications are resolved.

- Embedding Regional Operating Margin- Zone/Depot level cuts to understand and highlight the corrective actions, if any for better Margin Management to optimize revenue generation & profitability

- Driving Commercial Excellence Projects with all Stake Holders - Actions on Slow /Non Moving inventory at depots, SIT analysis, Discount Automation

Candidate Requirement :-

Qualification - CA / ICWA, any one is mandatory

Able to Manage a Large team of 100 nos

From- Any manufacturing Industry - Able to handle Plant & Depots Commercial activities end to end
