Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development - FMCG/Telecom/IT (4-6 yrs)
Support in driving the Talent Management Strategy across Biz / functions. Work closely with the Head - TM & OD & HRBPs to implement the TM processes. This will involve working on the Organizational Talent Review process (implementation & follow through), and development initiatives such as mentoring program, job-rotation framework, career path, and high-potential leadership programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Management:
- Support in cascading & embedding the Leadership Behavior Framework, across the required levels in the organization
- Partner to implement the talent management framework. Ensure successful implementation of the model
- Design and implement TM initiatives such as:
1. Mentoring for top-talents
2. Reverse mentoring program
3. 360 degree assessments along with IDPs
- Support in designing new TM initiatives during the year
High-Potential Leadership Program:
- Develop an integrated leadership development curriculum that accomplishes desired leadership capability at all levels.
Career Development:
- Create a platform for ongoing employee conversations with supervisors around aspirations, careers and engagement
- Design and implement Career Paths & Job Rotation
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Support in designing frameworks and initiatives for Diversity and Inclusion
- Support in driving D&I policies
