Roles &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Assessing key functions of the HR domain with respect to the HR strategy and Business Strategy. - Analyzing and assessing all functions of HR to develop and align them to the strategic initiatives. - Developing the people, processes and technologies to alleviate the HR function. - Collaborating with business to proactively assess needs, build strategy and ensure implementation of strategy across the company. - Gather requirements for functional enhancements and develop project plans for the same. - Initiate projects and drive them along with the key stakeholders to deliver impact. - Ensuring that the projects are delivered end-to-end. - For any given project, define the project scope and objectives with senior management and all relevant stakeholders. - Prepare white/concept papers, business cases, proposals, presentations, and other high impact documents. - Derive a detailed proposal and project plan that identifies the activities, resources, timelines, milestones, critical path, dependencies, risks and mitigation strategies, etc. - Consult and work collectively with heads of departments and key individuals to identify appropriate resources for the project(s), ascertain workflow or processes, carrying out risk assessments etc. - Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments to ensure successful completion. - Review the quality of work completed with the team on a regular basis to ensure project standards and quality. - Generating project status reports, identifying project hurdles and escalating as and when appropriate. - Evaluate the outcome of the projects as established in the planning phase; conduct comprehensive post-mortem analysis for all major projects. - Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, team members and other stakeholders - Will go in-depth into process and redesign and redefine best practices Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience - MBA from a reputed institute - Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - Ability to prioritize work, Multi-tasking and manage time effectively - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good numerical, analytical &amp; problem solving skills - Strong analytical skills - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong Time Management skills - Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines - Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation and change/transition scenarios - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - 8-15 years of relevant experience
