Chief Manager - M&A Reporting to Head-M&A
This is a Middle Level Role in Mergers and Acquisition Team in a fast growing packaging market leader
Key roles and responsibilities
- Handling end to end M&A activities of the company
- Managing industry research & analysis
- Doing core M&A activities including target scouting, research and analysis, strategic fit valuation, valuation metrics, structuring, negotiation, and deal-closure.
- Should have handled M&A of targets from unorganized/ fragmented sector.
- Work closely with key decision makers on strategic roadmap formulation and high-level decision making of the company including expansion strategies.
- Conduct detailed primary and secondary research on the new industry trends - technology adoption, progression, and prospect scoping; company/platform benchmarking;

Experience

- 8-10 years of Mergers and Acquisitions related experience
- In-depth understanding of an acquisition process
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience and independent ability to prepare M&A financial models and analyzing potential deal investments
