JOB SUMMARY

- Drafting legal notices/ reply and drafting and vetting of plants/written statement for both civil & criminal cases

- Defending cases filed against the company and managing all kinds of litigations.

- Litigation management and preparing MIS of litigation management

- Research and analysis of legal cases.

EDUCATIONAL/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- LLB

- Thorough Knowledge of litigation, compliance, drafting, pleading

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 12 years of experience in handling similar profile in Retail Industry
