Chief Manager - Legal & Compliances - BFS (4-9 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Corporate Secretarial (Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, RBI Guidelines and other NBFC related Compliance)
- Conducting & Managing Board, Committee & Shareholders Meetings
- Managing Fund Raising (Debt Raise, NCDs, Equity Raise)
- Handling Investment Agreements for fund raise- Shareholders Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement etc.
- Managing Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly, Due Diligence
- Responsible for drafting and managing Policies and processes under applicable statute
- Responsible for managing entire corporate contract management process (Drafting, Vetting & Liaising of Services Agreements, Financial Agreements and other business/process related documentations)
- Presiding Officer of Internal Committee
- Record Management as per Statute
