Chief Manager - Legal - BFS

Location : Mumbai

Role : Chief Manager - Legal

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategizing & Executing to maximize recovery value along with Business Groups;

- Drafting/reviewing briefing material on matters related to the Company's business with the Legal Counsels/ Advocates for litigation/other legal proceedings;

- Managing appropriate systems and processes for identifying, and monitoring changes in a timely manner;

- Providing legal advice pertaining to actions and measures necessary to secure / facilitate compliance with the applicable laws

Technical Competencies :

- Understanding of the below Acts / Notifications:

- Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) Indian Bankruptcy Code

- RBI guidelines on Loans & advances issued to Banks and FIs. RBI notifications to ARCs
