Incumbent will be responsible to
- Define and implement the Group learning roadmap so as to create a culture of learning which enables the achievement of business goals
- Partner with business leaders to address strategic development needs of the business
- Bring outside in perspective to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the L&D function
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong functional expertise in L&OD including good instructional design skills, expertise in designing and implementing learning interventions for mid and senior employees, good facilitation skills, and hands-on experience of working on LMS platforms & L&D analytics
- Facilitation experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong program management skills
- Experience of working in a complex matrixed global organization is an added advantage
- Ability to work with global stakeholders
