Chief Manager - Human Resources/Compensation & Benefits - Financial Services/Digital Technology Firm (6-9 yrs)
Our client is a renowned financial technology company looking to hire their Chief Manager HR and CnB to report directly into the HR head with a team of 1-2 people reporting into them-
Key responsibilities-
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution
- Work with a cross-functional SME teams to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards
improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Compensation and Benefits
- Participate & interpret various market compensation & benefits surveys, come out with competitive & employee-friendly C&B practices & policies.
- Plan, develop and implement various compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures for the organization.
- Ensure that the C&B structure and policies are in alignment with the company's goals and the industry's competitive practices
- Own and drive the Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Support the Talent Acquisition with Job evaluation and Recruitment fitment guidelines
- Handling and maintaining policies, induction and onboarding
Ideal candidate-
- Must have a Full time MBA from Tier 1 institutes (XLRI, TISS, NMIMS, IIM's etc)
- Must have at least 6-9 years of work experience in the HR industry
- Strong functional experience in CnB, HRBP and HR operations
- Ability to build relationships and influence key partners
