Our Client is a leading financial services giant looking to hire their Chief Manager HR to report directly into the National HR head, while managing a team of 2 direct reports. An ideal candidate must have HR experience in banking/ financial services sector. The key Responsibilities of the role are- 1. Partner with the business leaders to drive the overall strategy 2. Lead the performance management cycle- right form design of KPI's to administering feedbacks 3. Lead Talent Management for the company- competency assessments, designing competency frameworks, succession planning, Identification of High Potential performers and career pathing etc 4. People Cycle implementation: Provide guidance to leaders and collaborate with them to run people processes more efficiently 5. Benchmark compensation and reward cycle- defining compensation policy, structure and range etc 6. Be able to push back and challenge the business in driving people agenda 7. Driving recruitment for corporate and leadership positions 8. Act as a guardian of neutrality between managers and employees A successful applicant- 1. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the banking sector, with overall at least 8-14 years of experience. 2. Full time MBA is a must 3. Functional and practical knowledge of design and implementation in talent management, PMS and/ or CnB is a must.
