- Responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of all HR services, policies and programs.
- Also responsible for development & implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring a high standard of delivery and continuous improvement of the service.
- Work towards building effective systems, processes & policy to track, manage & record attendance & leave records of the employees
- Pay employees- on time - Manage the payroll process for all ensuring accuracy, timely execution and adherence to the company policy & procedures

- Ensure that all requests are tracked & served within agreed timelines related to but not limited to errors in payroll, attendance, leave vendor payments etc
- Manage, control and audit all HR related financial payments (payroll, employee's expenses & benefits, settlements, Government affairs related payment, outsourced contracts etc.) on a monthly basis
- Initiating performance appraisal by introducing Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators for all the positions
- Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
- Manage Employee grievance & conflicts through interventions & one-o-one meetings
- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees, Ensure that all the actions are taken in strict adherence to the HR Policies & Processes
- Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention
- Conduct monthly HR governance review with Sr. Leadership to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, successes and challenges
