Client Details :

Our client is one of the premium and largest health insurance organization with a large network of branches and Zonal offices in India. With an exponential growth and big name in the industry, they are looking to hire a Sr. Manager HRBP for South zone based out of Bangalore

Description

Reporting into the Head HR and a team of people reporting into you, your responsibility will include :

- Leading the HRBP function for the South zone and working in a team management role across multiple states

- Develop and build strong influential relationships and HR solutions in line with the overall people & business strategy

- Responsible for all strategic interventions and standardization of all HR practices across the zone

- Challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues

- Be hands on and translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that align and leverage interventions like Culture and Talent

- Spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally

- Effectively manage multiple teams to ensure smooth functioning of the HR processes at the zonal level

Profile :

- You will come with 8-12 years of experience in zonal/regional HRBP experience

- Candidates from only Insurance/Financial Services (Retail Banks)will be considered

- Full time MBA (HR) with strong specialist experience of HR business partnering is a must have

- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholders and working in a matrix organisation is mandatory

- Should be open to travel at least 15 days in a month

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must have
