Workforce Management and Talent mobility
- Rightsizing of manpower on performance parameters & Business Performance
- Building a plan for talent mobility from HO to projects & vice-versa and its implementation - Leveraging the Brand of company.
Talent One - Bench Management
- Percolation of T&D talent in new businesses such as Solar
- Bringing down the manpower cost by 3%
