- Driving 100% Goal setting and PMS for officers on software

- Process standardization, UAT and usage of Leave Management System to SF as per agreed plan

L&OD

Career pathing & development of managers & officers

- Build Our client's University for skills learning for Projects and percolating to project sites.

- Developing business specific programs for officers & managers to enhance technical capability. Coverage - 30% officers

- Extension of customized CU programs for officer level. Coverage - 30% officers

Workforce Management and Talent mobility

- Rightsizing of manpower on performance parameters & Business Performance

- Building a plan for talent mobility from HO to projects & vice-versa and its implementation - Leveraging the Brand of company.

Talent One - Bench Management

- Percolation of T&D talent in new businesses such as Solar

- Bringing down the manpower cost by 3%

- Talent Review in line with OMR principles for Job Rotation, Role Enhancement & Role Change
