Chief Manager - Group/Individual Claim - Insurance (12-14 yrs)

RESPONSIBILITIES - Weightage

- Claims Assessment: Group claim and Individual claim assessment.

- Operational excellence: Team handling and ensuring departmental defined TAT achieved with quality.

- Automation Process & Projects: Assist in automation of various processes to increase the efficiency of Claims Department. This includes coordinating with multiple departments and coming out with the resolution.

- MIS & Presentation: Preparing Various MIS and power point presentations for assisting the senior management in analyzing the trends in industry and company along with risk mitigation plan.

- Regular interaction with sales to understand business requirement and deliver accordingly

- To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and manage a team

- Assistance in internal/external audits

- Mentoring and Monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.

- Team management - motivation and monitoring

TOTAL INTERACTIONS

Internal Relations: Co-ordination with various departments for various requirements (CPC, UW, Accounts, UAT, IT, Sales, Actuarial)

External Relations: Liasoning with Reinsurer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Education: Graduate / MBA / B.Pharm or M.Pharm preferred

Work experience in years: 10 years + assessment, TAT management, analytics, team management

Other skill set:

- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines

- Good analytical skills

- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office

- Should be a team player

- Enthusiastic

- Good communication skill
