Chief Manager - Go To Market
Job Purpose:
To work as an interface between product development team and sales. The individual will work with Product Managers and define the go to market plan along with Channel Heads for new products and projects and take it forward till the last mile.
Responsibilities:
- To work on go to market plan to take the product/project to the last mile.
- To identify opportunities within sales and plan various initiatives in coordination with channel heads
- To be able to understand sales dynamics and accordingly strategize means to drive sales.
- To be able to influence sales, look out for any setbacks and identify and work on solutions with multiple stakeholders if needed.
- To work closely with product development team and share insights basis the market intelligence.
- To work closely with training and identify ways to communicate the product in the best possible way.
- To be abreast with competition products and initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maximum participation during launch activities and activation of field force on new product / project >=80%
- Ensure training of field force =100%
- Creates sales tools, product pitches, enablers. Equip sales with competition comparisons >=85%
Qualifications:
Graduate/ Post-graduate, Preferred MBA
