Chief Manager/General Manager - Risk & Compliance

- Support the function head in designing and articulating the short-term and long-term Risk and Compliance strategy and plan, aligned to the overall organization vision/ mission, business strategy and objectives.

- Prepare annual plan covering insurance for PIL's assets and liabilities, risk based internal audit, ABC Framework implementation, training and Enterprise Risk Management.

- Track expenses against budget and highlight deviations, if any Operational Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Framework.

- Revise and update policies, procedures and governance structure for ABC Framework at PIL and obtain necessary approvals.

- Monitor compliance to the implemented framework to identify any red flags, if any; Work with respective functions to resolve red flags identified.

- Conduct continuous monitoring of ABAC controls (quarterly), Fraud risk assessments as and when required, with or without external support.

- Conduct ABAC and Ethics related trainings, Employee onboarding with respect to ABAC.

- Document observations on ABAC procedures and operations, based on data analysis and interpretation.

- Conduct Risk assessment of third parties (interface with P&C) to drive 3rd party risk management policy.

- End to end deployment of ABC Program.

- Develop recommendations for improvement and facilitate mitigation of gaps.

- Update risk registers for all the functions on a quarterly basis along with identified process owners, through workshops and discussions

- Prepare summary of findings and risk mitigation methods taken, to be presented to the Board of Directors.

- Collect information and data as per audit requirements and compile available data/ documents

- Facilitate risk based Internal Audit with Brookfield Internal Audit team

- Support the Internal Audit Team in collection of data, analysis and finalization of audit findings

- Document business continuity measures for situations like pandemic, natural disaster etc.

- Conduct scenario planning for various situations of business disruptions and plan organization response in each scenario.
