Chief Manager - Finance - FMCG/Pharma

The position is for Management of Pricing and Offer validations, Product Profitability/P&L Simulation for Mgt. decisions, Billing and P&L Analysis for Monthly Biz review presentation.

It is responsible for overall Account Receivable & Credit Management of the company. It is also responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations, Collection Management, Channel Finance operations, Credit Management, Customer Master Data Management, Various Reconciliations, monthly closing & MIS Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Looking after end to end accounts receivables operations for all biz lines.

- Account Review, Issue identification & prompt closures.

- Verifications & approval of various business transactions.

- Collection Management for effective working capital management.

- Channel Finance Management

- Weekly/Monthly Collection Projections

- Pricing Decisions, Product Profitability/P&L Simulation, Billing & P&L Analysis and Monthly Biz review presentation.

- Customer Master Data Management.

- Maintaining adequate Hedge to secure company Receivables including proactive credit requirement simulations.

- Offer necessary support for review & execution of Partner Agreements.

- Ensure timely closures of books (monthly) including accounting completeness.

- Ensure reconciliations for all accounts including sign offs are completed on regular basis.

- Develop SOPs for various finance processes including regular update.

- Prepare Management Reporting Dashboards and conduct Biz Analysis for decision making.

- Budgeting, Expense monitoring, variance analysis and controlling etc., identifying signs of Spill-over and implementing corrective measures with relevant teams.

- Actively seek standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls.

- Actively involve with internal and external auditors to ensure consideration and resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings.

- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure that there is no revenue leakage/Risk.

- Develop and conduct adequate training session for Team members

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CWA) with 9 to 12 years of related

- Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).

- Working knowledge of financial planning & analysis, financial statements, taxation laws.

- Experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records.

- Excellent Problem solving and critical thinking skills
