Chief Manager - Debt Capital Market Advisory

Purpose of the Job

Execution and completion of Debt Capital Market Transactions including syndicated debt, structured finance, acquisition/ bridge finance, project finance, trade finance; both INR and foreign currency

Key responsibilities -

Duties that range from meeting clients, assessing problems and writing reports and providing advice

Draft information memorandums, term sheets, prepare bank proposal notes

Assist Debt Syndication Head with credit process to obtain credit approval

To Prepare DCM deal markets documents, including Industry Analysis,, Commercial Viability & Financial Projections. Preparation of Financial Modeling & key ratio analysis, Due Diligence Procedure etc, Preparation of Business Plan, Credit Rating & Investor Presentation, capital structuring, preparation of Info Memo/ Credit Appraisal Memo

To assist clients + DCM investors and their legal teams with deal structuring, diligence and documentation

To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage.
