Client Description : 

A part of a $2 billion Group, is a professional skilling solutions provider in the sales & service domain. The Group has ventured into allied healthcare training space through diploma courses for 12th pass students seeking career in Paramedical field.

Reporting to : Principal Allied healthcare

The incumbent will be part of the team with responsibilities of improving the academic content of the various programmes of the organisation.

JOBDESCRIPTION :

1. Design the overall curriculum structure for the allied healthcare business.

2. Determine the competencies that are required to master each element of the curriculum.

3. Content development: Develop content (training materials, templates) for academic programs allied healthcare programs.

4. Training: Conduct TTT for the faculty and also ensure quality management for the faculty.

5. Industry Liaoning - work close with the medical fraternity to improvise the existing curriculum to make it more specific & relevant to emerging trends. Also introduce new content / curriculum / streams of education for the future.

6. Data analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis of observations collected through surveys and visits as part of various programs of NIOS and other relevant government bodies.

7. Ensuring academic delivery to ensure effective placements.

Desired qualification and experience :

Doctor / Medical Diploma holder with relevant experience in content design in the past

1. In depth Understanding of Curriculum Pedagogy and lesson plan.

2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

3. Strong business sense and industry expertise

4. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

5. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Well-versed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

7. Effective oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the English language
