Chief Manager - Costing & Pricing - Manufacturing Firm

Job Description:

- Product Costing. Responsible for region wise Revenue vs COGS reporting for the group company.

- Material Ledger Run.

- Standard Cost estimates for existing and new materials.

- Inventory reporting for all the plants and sales locations

- Ageing of inventory and identifying the non moving items and gather the information for the same from the respective plant/locations.

- Yearly and quarterly physical inventory audit and preparation of reconciliation for the same uploading the variance.

- Assisted and provided all the costing and inventory related information to statutory auditor.

- Taking care of other costing and inventory jobs like updating of BOM, Material valuation, uploading of inventory.

- Updating the FG prices in SAP. Updating the routing and BOM for new finished product.

- Yearly and Quarterly physical inventory verification.

- MIS of Scrap.
