Total Experience : 4 to 12 Years

Overall Job Description

- Credit Audit and Inspection for Corporate Loans and SME Loans.

- Scrutinizing Sanction letters and related loan documentation as per Credit decisions

- Scrutiny of executed documents in terms of stamping, execution, signature verification along with its safe keeping

- Inspect Security documents based on approved terms and get it signed by borrower, Guarantors through Relationship Mangers.

- Ensure compliance of all terms of sanction before making disbursement of credit facility.

- Monitoring the expiry of documents as per the Law of Limitations and obtaining the Revival Letter well in advance before the expiry of the document

- Conducting Stock Inspection, title search and valuation of Immovable properties. Also conducting the search report through empaneled professionals

- Reporting to various stakeholders

- Liaising with Legal (internal & external) and other various service providers on various matters related to documentation

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferred: CAIIB/CA

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 4-6 Years in any of the leading Banks

Preferred: Understanding of Banking Operations, familiarity with regulatory environment. Have working knowledge of Credit from Banking perspective. Proficiency in MS office for reporting purpose.

Previous experience in Internal Audit of 1 to 2 years would be preferred
