Chief Manager - Corporate Legal - BFS

Our renowned client is hiring for Corporate Legal Team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience with independently handling matters relating to Documentation, IPR, Real Estate, Litigation including tax litigation, inter company contracts, drafting, should have basic knowledge in reviewing and negotiating of commercial agreements (including working knowledge of market data issues).

- Prepare internal memo for change in law and regulations and become a repository of information for the legal team.

- Coordinate with external lawyers to ensure high quality focused advice.

- Contract drafting, IT Agreements, Software Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Renew and revising existing Agreements.

- Drafting new agreements for Escrow Agreement, Review of existing documents, and Opinion on Lawyer's search Report, legal Notice Reply, Statutory Notice Reply, and Standardization of documents.

- Working on credit documentations on Structure Finance, MSME, SME Loans, MF Loans and Loan to NBFC. Assessing GST implementation from Legal perspective and accordingly changing existing vendor agreements, involved in digitization Project, Application Developments etc.

- Independent liaison with the relevant business and corporate divisions.

- Provide commercially savvy legal advice on a variety of matters.

- Timely closure and senior management reporting of matters. Experience in managing a team and multitasking.

- Should have had previous management experience.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as prioritize time management.
