Looking for Compensation, Assessments & Benefits for Mumbai location

Position: Chief Manager - C&B

2. Grade: M3/AVP CTC max 18 Lacs

3. Location: Mumbai - preferably people staying centrally and ok to travel to Prabhadevi/Andheri

4. Qualification - MBA - Tier I (2015 passout) and Tier 2 (2013 passout)

5. Experience: 5-7 years in compensation team (preferably from Banks/Insurance/ firms like AON wherein they have seen scale and complexity of multiple business)

6. Job description:

a. Design various compensation structures within the overall compensation philosophy of the Company in line with market practices for different business verticals

b. Design of sales incentive plans

c. Compensation benchmarking

d. Design and implementation of KPIs for different verticals & performance tracking

e. Annual compensation review & assessment process of the Company including ESOPs management

f. Managing Compensation audits

g. Manpower budgeting, redeployment & realignment initiatives

h. NRC & Board related activities

i. Continuous feedbacks to employees to help them develop their competencies and enhance effectiveness through various business-specific initiatives including 360 feedbacks
