Job Description :

GST & Indirect Taxes

- Preparation and filing of GST Annual return, GST Audit report and all GST compliances.

- Keeping track of and providing insights on various issues related to recent developments in Indirect tax law.

- Preparation, filing and review of periodic VAT and Service tax returns in the pre-GST regime.

- Preparation of advisory note and providing tax implications from indirect tax perspective by analyzing various scenarios.

- Review of periodical MIS, DRC-03, ITC-01, ITC -02, and ITC-04.

- Provide litigation clearance from indirect tax perspective.

- Liasoning with GST authorities for processing of GST refunds in timely manner

- Managing Indirect Tax litigations mainly related to Service Tax and GST demands and refunds

- Preparing and filing reply to day-to-day notices received from tax authorities

- Will be performing individually alongside the GM- Commercial & HO Taxation and other Commercial Activities at plant level.

Dispatch & Warehousing

- To Get Warehouse Transfer Slip from QA - Through Sap

- To Ensure Physical Availability of Tire in BU Stock as Per Transfer Slip

- Physical Counting of Tire in QA Cage as Per Transfer Slip

- In Case of Tire Is Not as Per Transfer Slip Then Inform to QA And Get It Corrected

- After Verification Shifting of Tire from QA Cage to Warehouse Area

- Ensuring That Tire to Be Stored as Per Storage Location

- To Ensure OE Tire to Be Stored in OEM Godown No 2 & 3

- To Ensure Replacement Tire to Be Stored in Godown No 1, 4 And 5 - First Floor G No 1, 2 And 4

Service Return Tyre

- To Arrange Unloading Of Truck Received From Various Location

- Accounting SRT Received Entry in SAP

- Maintaining of Account for SRT

- Ensure Inspection Of All SRT Tyre, Tube And Flap From Technical And Get approval For Scrap

- Billing of SRT Through Sap And Delivery To Be Given To Contractor Assigned By HO

- Have to manage other day to day activities related to GST, VAT, Excise, Indirect Taxes, Dispatch & Warehousing
