Chief Manager - Business Controller - Manufacturing - CA (10-16 yrs)

Role:

- Responsible for budgets, forecasts & strategic plan for business

- Decision support to business through analytics

- Accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management

- Capex project evaluation and providing commercial, legal and other support to business during project

- MIS : Cost and overheads reporting & analytics. Work with business teams on various cost reduction initiatives

- Commercial & Credit Control: Product pricing, incentive scheme validation, setting up process for sales order processing, credit limit set up and monitoring & credit risk management

- Coordination of Financial Operations, Statutory Reporting and Internal MIS across all subsidiaries with support of back-end treasury, costing and tax teams.

- Cash Flow Management for Subsidiaries including co-ordination of treasury / forex operations

Ensure compliance with applicable commercial statutes of the country

- Internal Controls & Compliance at all business locations

- Collaborate with Finance team on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting

- Timely closure of statutory, cost and other audits for subsidiary / joint ventures

Requirements:

- CA with 10+ yrs of experience in Finance Controlling in a manufacturing setup

- Knowledge of FP&A, Credit Control, Statutory Compliance, Capex Control and indirect taxation

- Familiar with ERP systems (strong in MS Excel, PPT), with experience in driving / implementing IT projects

- Should have experience in leading and developing a team of finance professionals

- Good understanding of Internal Control mechanism, General Ledger, Accounts Scrutiny, handling audits, closure of accounts

- Good understanding of Accounting/auditing standards and ` price

- Detail orientation

- Good Analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
