Position - Senior Manager.

Qualification - B.E in Civil / MBA.

Job Role

- Provide inputs to Credit/Risk team via detailed technical assessment of Real estate projects across key cities which includes project valuation and feasibility assessment.

- Valuation of real estate project and checking the compliances with respect to guidelines of competent authorities.

- Checking & validating valuation reports given by external valuation agencies for real estate project.

- Timely collection & updating the amendments in development control regulations affecting real estate sector.

- Release & tracking of sold & unsold units in the project.

- Handling a team of external valuers across PAN India.

- Setting up valuation policy & process for carrying out the valuations through external valuations and settlement of pay-outs.

- Ensuring the approvals are taken as per policies laid down and ensuring the internal policies on credit are not violated.

- To proactively & on ongoing basis monitor the project work, cost estimates, risk in the portfolio & analysis of security cover.

- Monitor & follow for compliance of covenants mentioned, compliance of sales estimate with actual, status of approval etc.

Job requirement/Skills

- Understanding of real estate market particularly Mumbai & Delhi.

- Detailed understanding of local development control regulations & good network with architects.

- A desire & attitude for understanding of real estate is essential.

- Knowledge of Microsoft office.

- Conversant with financial modelling.

- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
