Chief Manager/AVP - Institutional Sales - BFSI

- Liaising with Treasury Head/CIO/GM/CFO of banks, Insurance companies and other financial institutions to acquire investment mandates in fixed income and equity schemes of Axis Mutual Fund.

- Acquiring Investment mandates in Corporate, Financial Institutions and Retirement funds .

- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a team of Regional Managers and Relationship Managers across the zone for deeper market penetration and reach.

- Budgeting & target setting, achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the organisation through sales and distribution of Financial products in western India.

- Regularly train, Periodically review the Managers and the Team to ensure targets are achieved

- Ensuring compliance as per the governing authorities to ensure smooth operations and timely reforms and

- Manage team of sales professional & providing guidance & assistance in finalizing & signoffs with big investment clients.
