Key Responsibilities: - Ensure employee life cycle from is managed across India - Lead a team of HR Specialists to manage the entire HR Shared Service Operations ensuring operational efficiencies &amp; timely service delivery for all employee spread across India Scope of services includes : - Onboarding - HR Administration - Ask HR - Payroll - Exit Management - Leave Administration - HR Data &amp; Reporting - vendor management, communications and employee experience - Manage and communicate employee benefit programs including flexi benefits to enhance Employee Experience and improve the usage of them - Leading the HR Systems &amp; People Analytics Strategy and Execution - Responsible for HR Systems &amp; Transformation, through - HRMS enhancements and introduction of a reporting tool - Continuous process improvements within HR Operations/Shared Services - IT-enabled Transformation initiatives, - Simplify, Standardize, Re-engineer and Automate processes across all HR processes, - Enable self-service culture and improve employee experience, - Launch various systems like Employee Interaction Centre (EIC), Online Personal Data Change forms, Mobile Apps, etc. to create a digital experience for employees - Track monthly expense against budgets and highlight variance to ensure adherence and automate the process - Follow service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational cost savings - Manage the delivery of HR metrics and analytics to track progress against HR priorities - Ensuring Payroll is run on time each month and all governance mechanisms adhere - Lead the HR Process Re-engineering initiative aimed at optimization of HR resources &amp; adherence to HR compliance framework.
