To manage the talent acquisition process for all positions across distribution channels
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure business manning targets are fulfilled
- To design, implement and govern the hiring management process to achieve manning, quality and cost targets
- To ensure improvement in Candidate and Hiring Manager experience
- To develop sourcing pipeline for meeting current and future hiring requirements
- To ensure that appropriate employer branding communication is developed and shared with the talent acquisition team
- To build key vendor relationships for sustained sourcing pipeline
Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial) :
- Authorised to govern Recruitment Budget Management
- Authorised to approve HR expenses as directed in the DOA
Key Performance Indicators :
- FLS Manning Fulfilment = 98% within TAT
- Non FLS Manning Fulfilment >= 95% within TAT
- e-NPS scores (Candidates and Hiring Manager) = improvement by 10%
- Recruitment Cost <= 6%
Job Requirements :
Qualifications MBA in HR
