Job Opening for Chief Manager/AVP- Collection Analytics with Pvt Sector Bank based at Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- To define, implement execute and grow Collection Analytics Platform

- Engage with front end collection team, understand the challenges being faced and design implementable solutions

- Improve efficiency within the collection processes

- Build groom and Drive a high performing team.

Required Expertise:

- Domain: Deep understanding of retail collection processes and monitoring metrics tracking through data analysis. In depth knowledge of Resolutions, Bucket efficiencies, Flow Rates, Allocations etc.

- Data & Analysis : Hands on experience to mine very large volumes of data with historical trails single handedly and to derive insights through analysis. Ability to write complex queries efficiently.

- Technology/Tools : SAS/SQL - Excel

- Team : Ability to Lead and groom a team
