Chief Manager / AVP - Campus Recruitment - Mumbai

- Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive Campus Recruitment Strategy in attracting, hiring & engaging best quality talent from Business / Management and Engineering institutes

- Cultivating and Maintaining relationship with existing and targeted campuses

- Planning and organizing campus selection process for campus, including presentations, campus connects, engagement programs, networking events, offers and on-boarding

- Roll out new campus engagement and initiatives to engage and hire talent from Top B and T Schools

- Track and maintain key metrics for campus hiring and leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of hiring programs

- Oversee recruitment budget, balance resources across business and responsible for recruitment audit and compliance

- Collaborate with internal and external branding teams to co-create industry leading engagement and branding initiatives to position Accenture as preferred employer of choice

- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process

- Provide best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process for all stakeholders
