Chief Manager/AVP/Assistant Director - Finance Specialist(Ind AS) - BANK

Job Description :

- Implementation of new Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS

- Ensure timely submission of reports required by RBI in respect of Ind AS implementation

- Ensure timely closure books of accounts (monthly & quarterly), preparing annual financial statements and disclosure in Notes to Accounts

- Co-ordination with the Statutory Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit.

- Ensure timely preparation of management packs/ reports as per Ind AS

- System Implementation to cater Ind AS requirements

- Analytical Review of the Financials for decision making.

- Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials to the teams for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.

- Reviewing product notes, designing accounting entries for the new products.

- Process improvements, risks and controls assessment from the reporting perspective.

An Ideal Candidate should possess:

- Banking experience in Financial reporting - Indian GAAP / Ind AS

- Understanding of Ind AS accounting standards

- Experience in Financial Reporting & Audit - Indian GAAP / Ind AS

- Understanding of RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance

- Working knowledge of Indian GAAP accounting standards/ Basel requirements

- Working knowledge of Risk functions including provisioning

- Experience in Policy Formation in compliance with RBI/ Ind AS Guidelines

- CBS/GL Knowledge
