Designation : Chief Manager - Audit

- Responsible for the execution of branch audits in the assigned locations within the scheduled time in compliance with the policies and procedures.

- Accountable for the timely completion, verification and delivery of regular audits and audit reports of the allocated branches covering all branch operations.

- Accountable for maintaining the quality of the audit reports by using checklists, thorough documentation of the findings, and adhering to the highest standards of quality, honesty and objectivity in the audits.

- Ensure that the Branch Manager is aware of the audit findings as laid out in the draft report submitted to them, and clarify any doubts / questions about the findings.

- Highlight the compliance breaches, income leakages or violations observed to the compliance monitoring so that the monitoring & testing plan focuses on the areas pointed out.

- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding Industry rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
