Job Title : Operational Risk Management - Governance (Chief Mgr/Associate Director)

Principal Responsibilities :

- Define the ORM policies. Design & Implementation of Operational Risk Framework

- Updating ORM Policy to ensure that the policy reflect best practice.

- Aggregating and analysing risk events reported by the business units into the Basel 2 categories.

- Performing a monthly reconciliation between the risk events reported to Risk Management, and Finance Department

- Analysing identified trends in the key risk indicators and Loss database

- Prepare and present Operational Risk related reports/dash boards to Operational Risk Committees and Executive Management Team.

- Utilising mathematical and statistical knowledge to assist with the building of risk models in support of Operational Risk Management.

- ORM Training and awareness initiatives.
