Position is with the Investment Banking Arm of the Leading Bank of India.

Chief Manager/Associate Director - Investment Banking

Location : BKC-Mumbai

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and assist the Coverage team / Banker on origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates

- Lead creation and development of Sector / Industry knowledge

- Detailed analysis of targets including financial, competition, SWOT

- Developing models and valuation frameworks

- Preparation of information memorandum, road show presentation, pitch book and other marketing material

- Liaising with clients and investors (for transaction activities like data gathering, due diligence, term sheets, etc)
