- Effectively execute routine talent acquisition functions, including but not limited to support candidates for all positions through interview, hiring and on boarding, process new hire paperwork, and support HR business partners with other staffing related activities.

- Effectively execute all other primary and secondary HR process specialization work activities, while also identifying and making recommendations for realizing process efficiencies and improvements.

- Provide recommendations or elevate complex and/or detailed issues to the appropriate human resources generalist or team leader/manager for situations that require specific attention.

- Provide quality support in response to routine inquiries made via phone, email or chat from employees, managers, HR professionals and internal business partners as well as external business contacts.

- Exercise judgment while using procedures, policies and documents to determine appropriate action.

- Research complex questions/problems and provide appropriate responses prior to escalation.

- Provide assistance to managers and employees with time-sensitive requests related to talent acquisition, reports, HRIS system navigation, HR processes, etc.

- Successfully manage projects and initiatives as needed.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to business or employee information protected by company policy.

- Effectively manage the payroll & payroll related statutory compliance for the organisation

- Collaborates and works cross-functionally with other HR team members and departments
