Chief Manager - Analytics - BFSI (7-10 yrs)
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and the products offered e.g. mutual funds, insurance, lending.
- The candidate should have experience in implementing analytical models or solutions in the areas of cross-sell, retention and acquisition.
- The solutions would take the form of predicting the next best products for customers, predicting customer churn, building profile models for acquiring the best quality customers, etc.
- The candidate would be expected to get the analytics models built by the outsourced analytics vendor, but should have the technical skills to evaluate and manage the quality of deliverables
- A hands-on experience in analytical model building would be a definite plus.
