Industry background:
Our Client is a well established Life Insurance Company. Established in 2011, the company is part of India's leading diversified financial services organization.
Experience required : 7 to 10 years (preferably worked in Alternate channel - CAB )
Role & Responsibility:
1. Single point contact between the distributor and Company HO
2. Devising sales incentive schemes / RnR schemes for distributor teams
3. Ensuring the delivery of business volumes and persistency targets as per the pre-defined projections
4. Identifying and on boarding of prospective distributors for enhancing the distribution base
5. Providing the necessary sales hygiene and creating a eco system to align the company systems with the new partners by providing the needed training support, revenue settlement processes within the defined compliance guidelines.
