Exp: 10 - 22 years  CTC: 30 - 70 LPA  Required - LLB/LLM  There are 2 open positions:  1) Real Estate Background  2) BFSI (Banking & Finance Laws)  - Should have 10+ years experience either in Real Estate or Banking & Finance Laws  - Drafting of agreement especially those relating to loan transactions- viz. loan agr, mortgage documents, pledge agr & deed of hypothecation, (b) property title due diligence, (c) knowledge about the applicable laws viz. Companies Act, RBI/NHB, etc  Legal Advisory work   Exercise sound judgment on all legal issues combined with the solution-oriented approach to problem-solving in relation to contractual & commercial disputes & litigations, corporate law, contract law, property law,   Litigation:  Work with Strategic Counsel & General Counsel to identify key strategic & tactical objectives for the South business that can be solved through calibrated & measured offensive or defensive litigations.  Compliance :  - Work with Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that the South business are de-risked from statutory, regulatory, contractual compliance risks  - Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies throughout the South business & effective implementation through an established process of periodic compliance review, audit & monitoring  Regulatory work :  To ensure that the regulatory levers are used appropriately to unlock value and to plug revenue leakage  Work closely with Strategy Counsel & Government Relations Team on researching and analyzing various national & state policies, legislative amendments, bills, consultation papers, notifications, court-related judicial pronouncements on contracts, commerce, and competition law matters and in general anything that impacts the business either positively or negatively
