Chief Manager - Actuarial - Life Insurance

- Driving the product development and pricing for individual & group life products

- Responsible for building Pricing models, BI models and running the larger governance around product pricing such as creating pricing reports, creating test plan for policy administration system, benefit illustration system

- Responsible for File & Use application, and IRDAI query responses

- Driving Day 2 testing for product functionality

- Supporting Head of Pricing in delivering the new product calendar for the year

- Create and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders -Sales, Investments, IT, Customer Service, Legal & Compliance and Risk

- Support in other areas of actuarial work on need basis

- Good team work and positive attitude to work is a must

- Proactive individual liking challenges

- Solution orientation to every situation

- Adept at using excels and analysing product structures

- Good knowledge of Life Insurance Regulations/Circulars/Guidelines

- Methodical and Planned approach to execution is desirable

- Good coach for juniors in the team

- Good Knowledge of one policy admin system and BI systems would be a plus

- Working knowledge of Prophet would be a plus
