Duties included:

- Develop content strategy aligned with curriculum vision for the brand basis guidelines for domestic and international market for K-12.

- Create a design framework as a foundation curriculum to provide content quickly to various markets in different contexts, cultures and languages.

- Build and manage a team of internal educational content specialists in subject matter.

- Oversee external vendors and contracts to ensure high-quality content creation and partnerships.

- Establish content guidelines and specification and work with allocated budgetary resources efficiently.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop video and online content, style and layout.

- Work with the marketing teams to help create campaign content for promotions whenever required.

- Work with the trainers towards providing content and strategizing on Teachers' training. Co-review teacher's training with master trainers.

- Leading the establishment of a pan-India program, to include building and scaling three key elements: Selective mentorship program; e-Mentorship with a VLE platform; Catalyst scholarship fund through multi-party contributions

- Development of collaborations with key stakeholders, such as the Tata Trusts

- Relationship building with current and new partner schools, delivery partners and funders such as the Central Government-run CBSE residential schools (Navodaya Vidyalaya Sangathan)

- Establishment of the Indian legal entity (Section 8)

- Financial management and reporting

- Work with the Category / Product & Teacher development team to create & offer new courses

- Work with illustrators and frontend developers to design innovative and engaging interactivities and assessment

Ideal Candidate :

- 10+ Years of Experience as Academic / Curriculum head with Ed Tech/ Educational Institution with a degree in education management

- Strong conceptual understanding of K-12 curricular and co-curricular programs

- Exposure to basic principles of general pedagogy

- Ability to visualize and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly

- Experience in creating and producing content for Ed-tech platforms

- Experience in storyboarding and scriptwriting for educational content

- Experience working as a full-time teacher in a top-tier institution

- Experience in companies like iDiscoveri, Xseed, Callido learning, Lido learning etc.
