An Ed-tech start-up based out of Mumbai, founded by experienced professionals

The company has been able to secure the initial round of funding on merit of the idea and the credibility of the founders and is now going to start operations from Mid-September. We are at a stage of hiring our founding team members who are entrepreneurial, passionate individuals with high interest in making a difference in the education sector

Job Title : Head Learning/Chief Learning Officer

Location : Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Contribute in creating engaging programmes of study and intervention

- Define pedagogy, curriculum framework, course structures and programme development as per the brand vision

- Overall responsibility for the quality of programme delivery from defining the pedagogy, learning objectives and measuring the impact of the same.

- Teacher hiring and development, performance management for impactful delivery

- Work closely with the technology team to enhance delivery metrics of each programme

- New product initiatives to enhance child delight and learning at the same time

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Ed-tech as curriculum head or Programme heads of renowned chain of schools

- We are likely to consider people from Edu tech background

- Major exposure to curriculum Development
